Cancellation
Full cancellation is available before service work begins. Once scheduling or report work starts, refundable amounts may vary by progress.
Refunds
Refunds are generally limited after a digital report, course, or consulting deliverable is provided. If STAR-T fails to provide the service, a full refund is made.
